The US Email Database contains approximately 37 million total records, of which around 28 million include a business email address — a 75.3% email coverage rate. The remaining records still contain valuable data like phone numbers, addresses, company names, and industry codes even without an email field.

Within each file, you can filter using the State, NAICS Code, SIC Code, Industry, Employee Size, and Revenue fields in Excel or Google Sheets.
